We set no cookies, and we store nothing in your browser. Not for analytics, not for preferences, not for a session. There is consequently no consent banner on this site, because there is nothing for you to consent to, and a banner that appears when nothing is being collected is theatre.

We also load nothing from a third party. The fonts are served from our own domain rather than from a font network, so no request leaves this site while you read it. There are no embedded maps, videos, chat widgets or social buttons, each of which would otherwise be a company you never chose to visit receiving your IP address.

We do not measure traffic. We accept that this means we know very little about how this site is used, and we would rather have that than a record of who read the network page at two in the morning. Given who our clients are, that seems the right trade.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for operational security. Those are not cookies and cannot follow you to another site. The one place we use an IP address deliberately is to limit repeated contact form submissions from the same connection, which is described in the privacy policy.

If that ever changes, this page changes first, and a banner appears before anything is set.
