Services
Four kinds of work, all of them the same problem underneath.
Every engagement here comes down to one question: who is the right counterparty, and how do you reach them without spending a year finding out the hard way. What changes is the stakes and the sequence.
Strategic partnerships
You need a partner in a market where you have no way to tell a serious company from a plausible one.
Most partnership searches fail at the same point. You can find fifty companies that match the profile. You cannot find out which three are actually run well, which one is quietly for sale, and which one will still be solvent in two years. That information does not exist in a database. It exists in people who have worked with them.
Not for you if - If you already know which company you want and need help with the contract, you need a law firm, not us.
How this one worksAcquisitions and ownership transition
You want to buy, sell or hand over a company, and the conversation has to stay private until it doesn't.
Ownership changes are decided long before they are announced. The difficult part is rarely the valuation - it is finding a counterparty whose intentions match yours, and reaching them without the market finding out you are looking. That is a network problem before it is a finance problem.
Not for you if - We do not run competitive auctions. If your goal is to maximise price through a broad process, an investment bank will serve you better.
How this one worksMarket entry
You are entering a market where the wrong first partner costs you two years.
Entering a new market is mostly a sequence of local decisions: who distributes, who manufactures, who fronts the entity, which regulator matters, and who will take your call when something goes wrong. Getting the sequence wrong is expensive. Getting the first relationship wrong is worse, because it is hard to reverse without burning the market's goodwill.
Not for you if - We are not a company formation agent. Licensing, visas and incorporation are handled better by specialists, and we will point you to them.
How this one worksAdvisory
You need someone outside the company to tell you what your own people cannot.
Owner-led companies rarely lack information. They lack a person with no stake in the internal politics who has seen the same situation elsewhere. We take a small number of standing advisory relationships - a scheduled conversation, a specific question, an honest answer.
Not for you if - This is not interim management and it is not a retainer for execution work. We advise; your team decides and delivers.
How this one works
Not sure which of these it is?
Most enquiries arrive describing a situation rather than a service, which is the right way round. Describe the situation and we will tell you which of these it is, or that it is none of them.
