Privacy

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, company, role, email address, what you are looking for, your timeline, and your message. Nothing else is collected, and there is no field on this site that collects anything you have not typed.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or embedded third-party content. The site sets no cookies at all.

To reply to your enquiry and, if the conversation continues, to carry out the work you have asked us to do. That is the only purpose. Your details are never added to a mailing list, never sold, and never shared with anyone outside the firm without your written agreement.

The lawful basis is your consent, given by the checkbox on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you sent us.

Your message is delivered by email to the partner of Bridgesline Advisory FZ-LLC and stored in our email system. It is not written to a database on this website, and this website keeps no record of it after the message has been sent.

Our email is hosted by a third-party provider acting as our processor. Email delivery for the contact form is handled by Resend, whose servers process the message in transit.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after twelve months. Where an engagement follows, records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and for six years afterwards, which is the period we are required to be able to account for our work.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will act within thirty days. If you ask us to delete an enquiry, we delete it, including from our email archive.

You can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing it does not make our earlier handling of your message unlawful, but it stops any further use.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for a short period as a matter of operational security. We use the IP address for one additional purpose: limiting how many times the contact form can be submitted from one connection in an hour, to keep automated spam out. That limit is held in memory and is lost when the server restarts.
