We cannot name the companies. We can show you exactly where we have reach, how deep it runs, and when we last used it. Every figure below is read from one file, and it carries the date it was surveyed.

How to read it
Depth is not a count of business cards.
A network is easy to inflate. Anyone can export a contact list and call it reach. We grade each cell by what we could actually do with it this week, which is a harder test and a smaller number.
Mapped means we know the companies that matter and the people who decide, but we have not worked with them. We would be making a considered approach, not a warm introduction, and we will say so before you pay us.
Active means relationships we can call this week and expect an answer. Deep means relationships at several points in the same value chain, so we can hear about a company from its supplier as well as from its management.
The distinction matters most when it is unflattering. A cell marked mapped is us telling you the introduction will be colder than you might have assumed.
Where we have nothing
5 of 48 combinations, published deliberately.
Every claim of reach on this site is a claim about people we can call. Where we cannot call anyone, the cell is empty, and we would rather you saw that here than found it out six weeks into an engagement.
Empty does not mean permanently closed. It means that today, in that sector and that market, we would be starting from the same position as you, and you should not pay us for that.

The shape of it
Built in operating roles, not bought as a list.
Bridgesline was registered in 2026. The relationships in the matrix were not built in 2026 - they were built over one working career, in operating roles and on the buy side. We would rather state that plainly than let a website imply a history the company does not have.

A European freight forwarder needed a Gulf partner for a category most operators refuse. We found two and explained why one was the wrong answer.
A mid-sized European freight forwarder had won a contract that required handling in the Gulf for a category most operators will not touch, for reasons of licensing rather than difficulty.
Two operators in the region held the licence. We knew both. We introduced them to one, and explained in writing why we would not introduce them to the other: a dispute in progress that would have made our client a party to someone else problem.
The client asked to meet the second operator anyway, which was their right. They came back and took the first.
Outcome - Handling agreement signed. The dispute we flagged reached court four months later.

A family-owned manufacturer wanted a buyer who would keep the plant open. We advised them to wait a year, and set out what to fix first.
A second-generation manufacturer in Central Europe wanted to sell. The stated priority was not price. It was that the plant stayed open and the workforce stayed employed.
We looked at the business and gave the honest answer. At that moment, the only buyers who would move were the ones most likely to close the plant and keep the customer list. A buyer of the kind they wanted would need to see two things the company did not yet have: management that could run it without the owner, and a customer base less concentrated in one account.
We set out what would have to change and roughly how long it would take. They chose to wait. We are still in the conversation.
Outcome - No transaction. The right advice was to not transact yet.
